Uploading Videos for Brand Registered Items

I am trying to upload a video on seller central and when I add the ASIN I get an error message that says:

Invalid ASIN found: Ensure that all ASINs are valid and registered to your brand. To upload to a non-brand ASIN, switch to the non-brand tab.

I know this item is brand registered so I am not sure what to do. It gives the option of switching to a non-brand ASIN but it says switching between brand and non-brand ASINS will clear any ASINS that you already entered and I don't want that to happen. Has anyone experienced this before and how did you solve it?
