My store has been stolen
My Amazon Seller account has been stolen. I have had my account/store operating and active for 2 years.
I have been logged into to my Seller Central app every day and see daily emails from Amazon with my store updates. On 3/11/24 the app had me sign in again only telling me ‘there was no account associated with my email’.
Since I cannot login to my seller central, I am not able to create a case nor have them call me. I have tried having someone put my phone number on their own case log but Amazon denied support due to the case not being from my email. They just repeated, there is no account with the email provided. There is no direct number to Seller Central and every email I have sent only replies with ‘no account with the email provided’.
With the obvious thousands of dollars spent and time invested, being with Rainmakers, Helium 10 and brand registered, trademarked etc. that I should report it to the police and find the best route of solution whether that be with an attorney or other recommended alternatives.
I am now in a vicious circle on repeat and am seeking all the help I can. Thank you for your input.

Hello @Seller_MIuUnTna05fKi,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to provide you some resources to getting access back on your Selling Account. First, here is the Seller Central sign in help page link (for other sellers who may have questions) and for you, here is what it states:
If you encounter sign-in issues, try the following steps:
- Verify that you are using the correct email and password combination. If you have more than one Amazon account with the same email address but different passwords, use the corresponding password for each account.
- Ensure that there are no extra spaces in your password. This can happen when you copy and paste your password from somewhere else.
- Verify that you entered the most recent Two-Step Verification code you have received, if you are prompted to enter one. Older codes will not work. For more information, see Two-Step Verification FAQ.
- To reset your Two-Step Verification follow the steps here
- Clear your browser cookies and cache or try logging in with a different browser or device.
- Use our Password assistance page to verify whether the email address you are using is the one registered in our system.
- Log on to Seller Central using your new email and password combination.
If you have already tried the steps above or they did not work, you can call (866) 216-1075 (US only) and +1 (206) 922-0880 (if international based) for further assistance.
Please let me know how it goes.
Best, Dougal
