Safe-T Claim Denied: Amazon stole my money from sale when order was in route to customer with tracking and customer stole my product

Is this common where a customer will place an order, you ship the order and upload tracking the next business day. Then two days later the customer files a claim with amazon that they did not receive their order even thought there is USPS tracking with a delivery date. Amazon does not check the tracking showing delivery date then fully refunds the customer. Then the customer receives the product two days later and got it for free. Basically Amazon allowed the customer to steal my product and I have no way to get it back. I have proof of delivery and have uploaded screen shots of the tracking and delivery date but Amazon doesn't care.

I filed a safety claim with amazon and was denied because they claim I have to buy all shipping labels through amazon. I have a small business with a shopify store. All my inventory is done on shopify and all orders are imported there from amazon, ebay, facebook and Instagram. There is also no difference where I buy a USPS from amazon, shopify or even in person at my local post office. They all have tracking and confirm delivery. After spending a week talking to 6 different people and wasting way too many hours nobody can help me at amazon. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my whole life. Amazon does not care about their merchants and customer service all claims they cannot do anything and trys to pass you on to a different department. Ive asked to speak to a manager over 10 times and managers do not exist.

We have denied your reimbursement request for order

Why is this happening?

You did not use the Buy Shipping Services to ship the item. Reimbursements can only be granted when Buy Shipping Service is used to ship a self-fulfilled customer service by Amazon (CSBA) order.
