Bank acount verification - multiple rejection

Hello All

I recently opened a new Amazon professional account, although all my other documents have been verified, I am stuck with the verification of my bank account.

I have provided my bank statement which have my company name, bank account details but they have rejected it multiple times.

They say "The document you previously provided as proof of bank account ownership was not sufficient to complete the verification process because it did not match the bank account information in Seller Central."

They require "A scanned copy of a bank statement or bank letter for the account currently entered as a deposit method in Seller Central".

My question is, since they also accept a bank letter, I also have a welcome letter from my bank which has bank logo, account number, company name basically everything they have asked for on a bank letter. Do you think it will be acceptable to them?

I also see from a lot of you Amazon has asked for a certified bank letter but from the email I received from Amazon, it does not say certified letter, it just says "bank statement or bank letter", do you think without certification will also be acceptable to them?

They also says "A scanned copy" does that mean I have to print it, scan it on my scanner and upload it or a standard PDF file downloaded from my online banking will be sufficient for them?

Lastly if they reject the documents I provide multiple times, will I end up my account been deactivation since I was given many chances and could not provide the right documentations?

Can advise on the point of a scanned copy - basically, they don't accept PDFs (because in amazon world, amazon are a paperless company, but not any other company in the world - try asking amazon for a hard copy of any of your invoices for their fees!) so yes, if you print it, scan it in, that should work.

Do the name match exactly, like if youre a limited company does it say Ltd on both Amazon and the statement, not Limited for example

Hello there,

Make sure your information, name, surname, address, post code etc matches 100% since otherwise it might not match. You can do this by checking bank statement and compare the information about you on Amazon. If they don't match, contact with your bank and make the changes.
