HOW DO I CORRECTLY ANSWER AN AUTHENTICITY EMAIL
Hello everyone, I am having a problem with an ASIN that "someone" reports as if I do not have permission to sell (of course I have the authorization of the brand) But every time I respond to the emails with the documentation they request, I They answer that they do not have enough information.
Does anyone know how exactly the information should be sent so they can release my ASIN?

With invoices from the brand as well as your letter of authorization from the brand expressly giving you permission to sell on amazon.
