Amazon is violating its own policies

Amazon is accepting returns of my product even though the return period has already expired.

Customers are returning the products after using them for more than a month, they return it used and damaged and Amazon gives them a full refund, clearly a violation of the product return policy.

If in the end customers can return the products whenever they want, then we are not selling them, we are renting them.
