Brand ownership
How do I regain Brand ownership of the listings for our products? Another business is making our Amazon sellers apply to them to sell our products, however, that company should not have the right to control our products because they do not own the brand. We have registered our brand and have proven brand ownership with our trademarks etc.
We are new to this and struggling to figure this out. Is there anyone that can help?

I would love if you follow the steps in the video found HERE. Specifically, at time stamp 1:23 that talks through how to add these ASINs.
I've taken a look into one of the branded ASINs and can see that they are not in your catalog as of yet so you may have to add these ASINs prior to completing this.
