My account has been deactivated because it says I'm related to another account. I only have this one selling account, it's been sitting dormant for years. I haven't sold anything. No one else has access to it. I've submitted this on the account health page and I just keep getting the same message saying there isn't enough information to reactivate my account. I was planning to start using it but with all this hassle to get it working I'm not sure if its worth bothering. I can't speak to anyone, any ideas what I can do? Thanks.
