Amazon refused delivery to correct facility

Hi, we recently sent a number of packages to the fulfilment centre assigned on the seller platform (Coventry, UK). The staff at the facility refused the delivery saying it was for another facility (Doncaster, UK). The labels quite clearly say Coventry…we have emailed the support staff so many times who keep repeating the process to us. We know the process and we followed it, so does anyone know how we can resolve this? Should we cancel all shipments and start again? Or should we sent them to Doncaster even though they have Coventry labels (we feel this will just fail again as soon as the staff see Coventry on the label). Any help or guidance here from the seller community would be so gratefully received!

Thank you

Have they actually returned them to you or instructed ups to deliver to Doncaster ? (Rerouted them)
If they’ve rerouted them that’s quite normal

Have you double checked the information on the shipment itself?
It has been known to change during the process of creating the shipment.

Have you also checked with the courier, to ensure that they have the right address on the parcels?

If it was via UPS, then it would have automatically picked up the correct address, but if you have manually entered via another courier, there is room for error.

Hey, thanks for replying…no they just refused them and told the courier to take them away, so we have the shipment back at base. We don’t use UPS…

This is not my area of expertise, I pulled out of FBA years ago because of issue exactly like this, but as an ‘outsider’ looking in I cant help but think how poor it is that you cant just pick up the phone to someone at Amazon who can own the problem and fix it. It is not about who is at fault it has to be about getting a solution. I might be wrong but…Last time I checked I think it was called customer service.
