Second seller account for my brother

I am amazon seller for few years. I live with my brother in same house. my home and business address is same. now my brother is interested in selling on amazon. he does have a separate corporation and separate business office address. can he create his own separate seller account with his business address? our home address is same, will it create problem or he is good to go?

Since you live together (and do not try to conceal this) this will be regarded as "your" second account. There is no prohibition against this. But everything must be different other than home address. And you must not sell the same sort of items, and should not even be same category.
Any problem with one account will affect the other.
