Issues with the ATS Avask Cross Border program
Is anyone else having issues with the Amazon ATS/Avask Cross Border program whereby stock is supposed to be sent cross border into an EU FC but instead is being sent to a UK FC (or split between EU and UK). This has happened to 5 out of 6 of our shipments in the last 2 weeks. Both Amazon and Avask have been very quiet on the reasons behind this.

yes, I am having the same issue for all my ATS AVASK shipments shiped from Germany to the UK. In this week instead of the UK, some of the goods were delivred to Czech !! a month ago all goods instead of the Uk , were deliveredfrom Krefeld to Poland !! no one from customer support is available to help.

I had the worst shipping experience with ATS AVASK program. I sent 2 packages in Dec2023 and they were delivered to DE sort centre to be shipped to UK but no success. After contacting both Amazon & AVASK 1000 times finally 1 out of 2 package were sent to UK end of Feb2024 (after 3 months of being delivered to DE sort centre)
The other package is missing and no update or answer from Amazon anymore. They neither find the missing items nor issue a reimbursement. Very irresponsible and faulty program that just adds to the problems of seller.
