Want to Update account Information

Hello,

A blunder we made while putting the information of the beneficial owner details due to which our account failed the verification process of Amazon and ultimately got the deactivation.

We just realized this mistake and want to update the information of a beneficial owner so that we can again undergo the verification process. But I am not able to update the information as I could not have access to the account information, neither amazon support is assisting in this regard.

Can you help me to update those information so that we can pass the verification of our account.
