Required action: Please remove the Negative Customer Feedback which seems suspicious, or maybe from a competitor. It says that our product is used. We completely disagree with the negative feedback. All our products are made by ourselves in our own foundry. They are shipped 100% new, direct from the foundry to Amazon fulfullment centers via DHL
The customer's feedback says: "El producto ya fue usado. Me siento engañado" Plus he included 2 photos that show the product has not been used. Because it is a hand seasoned just like all our products are and say in their desccriptions. When a hand seasoned griddle is used yiou can immediately see a change on the colors all over teh griddle and rest of food or marks of what you have cooked on it.
We would like Amazon to remove this feedback. It is affecting our sales. I understand the customer may have not liked the product which he never used, but saying that it is a used product is a false and misleading statement

Just coming across your post here!
Receiving a negative review can certainly be frustrating. However, we do encourage buyers to leave reviews based on their authentic opinions. In the case of this review, they buyer probably did not understand the nature of your product. I would view this as an opportunity to provide some information about the appearance of the product or the nature of a preseason griddle to your detail page. That way, buyers can view this information for future purchases and be completely informed.
As a reminder, customer reviews can only be removed if they meet a very specific set of criteria:
- The review conflicted with our Community Guidelines.
- The review was removed by the reviewer.
- We discovered that multiple products were incorrectly listed as the same product. Reviews that were posted for those products are separated when the products are separated.
- We detected unusual review behavior and are not accepting or displaying reviews for this item at this time, or we are only accepting or displaying Amazon Verified Purchase reviews.
