direct contact of customer
The call through number Amazon provided for my customer does not work and the freight company can not make contact with my customer and therefore can not deliver the product to said customer. I tried the chat window and the Amazon argent sent steps for requesting a call back from Amazon but those steps where not accessible in my basic sellers account. When I go to order details and select contact customer the only option it will let me choose is refund which I am not going to do. Any idea on how to get a hold of this customer?

The number Amazon provides includes an extension, and it's not the buyers real number. Normally, you can use messaging to contact buyer "about problem with delivery" to request a number, but you may never hear back from them.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is correct. You have to message the customer through the buyer seller messaging app.
Buyer-Seller Messaging is the only approved method for communicating with buyers on Amazon.

The Seller may contact the Buyer ONLY in matter of necessity, and then ONLY through the Amazon Messaging System.
I feel your pain in this situation. IF the Buyer is ignoring your emails concerning this matter, then you ave no choice but to accept the delivery back to you and refund the Buyer when received. Do NOT refund until YOU have the shipment back.
IF the product was CUSTOM for that Buyer, it is possible that you MAY get to withhold the Refund. I do not know since I do not sell Custom.
In the future... NEVER, EVER contact the Buyer in ANY other manner than the Amazon Messaging system or you risk having your account permanently suspended.
