Account re-verification banner is disappear
On May 25, I received the banner on my account to verify account information. After 20 minutes, the banner was gone. I could not find anywhere in my account. I did not hit NEXT yet and did not fill in any information or upload any document. I have been waiting for several days. Until now, the banner does not pop up yet. Does anyone have the same issue? Should I have concern that my account will be deactivated after June 27?

It happens to multiple other sellers, deactivation banner gone without finishing verification.
My guess is Amazon internal team was aware of the bug issue causing to thousands of sellers and therefore they decided to temporally remove this reverification until it's properly tested before next publishing.
So far I see sellers without the banner and without any issues, I think we can safely assume as long as your account health page says you are ok, you are ok right now. Until next verification process pops up again.

I wanted to circle back on this thread considering the importance of the INFORM Consumers Act. Are you seeing a banner on your Account Health Dashboard presently? Have you received any emails/performance notifications requesting verification?
I am going to include a very helpful link to a thread that covers INFORM Consumers Act FAQ's - here is a key point to consider as well:
How will I know if I need to submit information for verification?
If there is any information that you are required to provide, we may have already or will email you with specific instructions. In addition, you can go to your Account Health page, Account Information page, and Seller Central for updates.
In most cases, if we have already completed verification for the required information, you won’t be required to resubmit this information, as long as this information hasn’t changed.
