I opened an Amazon account on behalf of my US-based company and the account was approved. However, after 1-2 weeks, I received a warning email that my UK store was suspended. Although I have already sent the requested documents, my account has not been reopened. I would like your help to resolve this situation.

Amazon emailed me that the documents I submitted could not be verified and that I had not submitted a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, mobile phone, landline phone or internet service bill).

I was informed that in order for my account to be reactivated, I would need to send one of the following documents

- Operating license (if applicable)

- Utility bill (natural gas, electricity, water, mobile phone, landline phone or internet service bill)

But since my company is located in the USA, unfortunately, these documents do not exist, although I have submitted my company establishment documents, my account cannot be opened, what exactly should we do?

When you registered your US store, did you put your address in the US? If you you will be required to provide a US based Utility Bill with your name and address to verify you and your business.

If you are not located in the US, you will need to put your local address and provide the related documentation.

So you are aware articles of company establishment do not suffice as a utility bill or as a business license.
