Amazon Won't Refund Unused Shipping Label

I just bought this label and need to change the ship from address it accidentally pulled in my old home address and I need it to be my new home address.

I keep trying to cancel and I get the below results. I bought the label through Veeqo and can't cancel there either.

Any ideas on how I can cancel this label and buy a new label?

You do have to cancel it though Veeqo by selecting to "Delete Shipment". If that isn't working, I don't know why.

Just ran into same issue but I selected "delete shipment" in Veeqo first as @Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wusuggested. I then tried to "refund shipping label" in Amazon and received the "link has expired" message. Anyone know if there's a section in Veeqo to check on refund status of a label?
