Impossible to register to PAN-EUROPEAN stock in germany though I have vat+ fiscal information.

I am currently enrolled in the Pan-European FBA program and trying to enable inventory placement in Germany. I have a valid and verified German VAT number, but when I try to update my settings, I receive the following error message:
"Failed – Unfortunately, your settings were not saved successfully due to an unknown issue."
This only happens with Germany — my settings work fine for other countries. I’ve double-checked my VAT registration, browser settings, and even tried using a different device, but the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, were you able to find a solution or workaround?
