You don't do anything. You sit there and suffer like every other seller with pending orders that might or might not be fake.

Amazon allows WAY too long for these to go away but they won't change.

If you are selling FBA then in the future try keeping some inventory so you can continue to sell using FBM while Amazon plays silly games.

Hi @Seller_c2cocFXS7NkaD,

Tatiana from Amazon here.

Payment and order detail processes can take some time, sometimes up to 21 days, to complete. We do understand the frustration here and that it has tied up some of your inventory. However, the process is to allow the orders to clear on their own. You can learn more about why an order might be pending at this help page.

If you feel that the process seems to have gone on too long, please reach out to Seller Support and provide specific order IDs for help. If you have already reached out to Seller Support, you can share the case ID here.

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, noting your comment along with Seller_TBBM's situation as anecdotes to share with our order processing teams. We appreciate you sharing your opinion on this. As I said, I understand how frustrating it is to see these orders stuck in a pending status.

add the same amount to your inventory, to keep on selling to legit orders. If the pending order finally comes through (they don't) then just cancel that sale and take the metrics hit. People will put your product in pending sale, to make their product #1.
