Getting a Credit Union Account Verified
My credit union statement doesn't have the full account number on it so I can't get it passed for the Inform Consumers Act. I tried adding a supplemental form (direct deposit form) which states the name of the business and the full account number. I am not sure if the second form attached is even reviewed but my account has now been deactivated and "Account Health" is telling me a credit union statement will never get passed if the account name and full number isn't on it in one form. They are telling me to get a new bank account which isn't a credit union. It seems like some frustrated sellers are actually getting a new business bank account as recommended by Account Health. This is a bit extreme and I am hoping to find someone(MAYBE EVEN A MOD) who knows how to get this passed.

I have a credit union. For verification, I supplied a letter from the credit union with offical credit union letterhead containing the account # and routing # on it attached to the most current bank statement which showed current Amazon deposits. It was approved.

I understand you were facing issues with the bank account verification process due to the INFORM Consumers Act.
I have a credit union. For verification, I supplied a letter from the credit union with offical credit union letterhead containing the account # and routing # on it attached to the most current bank statement which showed current Amazon deposits. It was approved.
I found a department at the bank/credit union to give me a letter to see if it will pass along with my statement
