The Order Status is Pending
We have an order that has been pending, so it can not be shipped, why? I saw that the buyer had canceled orders for several times and placed orders again, indicating that the buyer wanted to buy our products. The Amazon background showed that the credit card was not authorized, so I don't think it is such a problem. I can't help the buyer solve this problem, nor can I contact the buyer.
