Please help delete negative feedback left by buyer BY MISTAKE!

A buyer left negative feedback and I have tried to have it removed by amazon and it was denied.
I opened several cases ID 17036001641, ID 17022256081, 17022009891 but amazon refused to remove it, even though the buyer has said on the messages that this was an error, and it was meant for another seller, but is not responding to my plea to have this feedback removed. She told me how she bought a coat it is the wrong color, I sold her a body lotion.
I do not do high volume so one negative feedback has great impact.

Don't say this again to a customer, that is not allowed. Amazon suspends accounts for asking removal or change of a review or feedback.

Opening support cases over feedback is a policy violation and can get your account suspended. All feedback must be managed via the feedback manager only.
Sadly, Amazon will not remove feedback because it is for a wrong product, unless you get very very lucky......

I understand that your customer has left negative feedback for your order, but it was for another sellers order. I have reached out to see if this can be removed, however, as you were notified by the other sellers, you are violating policy by contacting Seller Support. All review requests can only go through the Feedback Manager.
I have reviewed the entire communication with your customer and you have other violations as well, which can lead to account suspension.
1. You cannot ask the seller to remove feedback because you are a mom or small business
2. You cannot ask the customer to call you directly as all messages have to go through Buyer Seller Messaging
3. You may not call the customer directly
4. Do not contact the customer repeatedly if they are having issues removing it, as the customer can say you are harassing them. You need to contact Amazon through the Feedback Manager and advise that there is proof in the buyer seller messaging and it will be reviewed. If it's not removed after you have reopened the feedback case one time, then create a New Discussion here so we can take a look.
Please do not reach out to this customer again as they may report you for harassing them.
I recommend that you review the Buyer Seller Messaging and Communication Guidelines to ensure you fully understand what is appropriate, as I would hate to see any action taken on your account for not understanding the policies.
I will follow up as soon as I get a reply from the team reviewing the feedback.
