On-Time Delivery Date Rubric
I'm looking in Account Health, and my On-Time Delivery Rate shows a 97.87% with 46 out of 47 items delivered on time. On the upper right, it says this is for a 30-day window, but we sell about 800 items per month. Anyone else having this issue? I think it's affecting our sales. I've put in a request to Seller Support, but it seems to me something is wrong with this widget.

I'm not having that issue. I just checked mine, and it is showing the correct amount for my last 30 days. Your percentage is still over 97%, though, which is the goal, so I don't think it would be having any negative effects.

My number of items sold in the valid tracking metric has been going down all week. It is currently saying I have had 3 sales in the last 30 days. The percentage is 100%. But, I have sold a lot more than just 3 books. Weird!

I have been experiencing a similar issue as well. I noticed this past month that the number has been slowly decreasing each day. It appears like it is not calculating orders past a certain date. I asked seller support about this issue, but they were unable to figure out what is wrong. It seems to correlate with around the time the new postage changes occurred. Perhaps something happened on the back end with Amazon Buy Shipping that has a glitch in the coding. If you find anything out, please post and let others know. Thank you.

Hi @Seller_qso9puw2G5kCa,
Dominic from Amazon here. I took a look in your account and everything looks right to me. I see that your late shipment rate is 0% 0 orders out of 748 have been late. This metric target is under 4% so you should be good!
Best,
Dominic

Just to give everyone an update: It seems the OTDR metric may be only tracking items shipped outside of Amazon's Buy Shipping. Not sure if this is intentional or not on Amazon's part, but in response to Bad_Mouse_Vinyl's comment, I counted up my items shipped outside of Amazon and the numbers track with the numbers in the OTDR metric. I have a case open with Seller Support. We'll see if giving them this information helps at all.

Mine is showing two, and it's been that way for a couple of months. My sales have also dropped.

So just to give an update...I do not see where the Tech Team has given this any attention yet. Thankfully, our one item that arrived late (though shipped on time) has rolled off the 30 day metric, so our OTDR sits at 100% again. While not 100% proof of causality, our sales have also picked up.
While this metric may not officially count against us, I do believe it plays into the algorithm of which items are featured to buyers based on overall seller metrics (all our other metrics are excellent). I hope that we made enough noise for this matter to at least get on the "to do" list as it is definitely a problem. To have one's sales completely stagnated for 1 late delivery when all other metrics are great seems very incongruent.
I appreciate everyone's input over the last couple of weeks. At this point, I think we just have to wait it out.
