Seller Feedback issue
The Custmer seller feedback is enteirly is product feedback. There is nothing written about seller and customer service. Please read the review.

Removal of feedback
Amazon will remove feedback if it determines doing so is necessary because of the following cases:
The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
Above are the cases when review will remove as customer has not written about our customer service and about seller. Please remove this review.

After communiating with Amazon seller support, they have brough new things that Amazon has never explain anywhere. They says below thing.
"The feedback will be considered under product review, if it does not contain the information about condition or difference in the product received, authenticity of the product received, defective item."
They have not written such thing any where. Amzaon seller representative changes the Amazon policies own and own. Even we have dispatched Real leather item and exactly what customer has order and we have been selling since 2016. How it is seller responsiblity to educate the customer regarding the product as well?
