Look in seller central in this shipment. First is "Received", then "Check in". Not the opposite as you say.

If you see it "Received" in seller central 11 days ago, it will certainly soon been checked in. Eleven days is not longer than normal. The process is fully automated and can not been speeded up by humans. So, just wait.
