Amazon Leadership - Returns Issue Across the board - All Sellers

To Amazon leadership.

I have been running on Amazon for a year now as a seller, and the returns process is becoming more abysmal by the day.

First off, I signed up for amazon FBA handling of returns. So far, not only am not made aware off returns before it's too late by the customer to try and resolve; Amazon post purchase PLS program is ineffective at this point.

I have so many returns come through now due to failure of PLS system, these returns could have been easily addressed by PLS or even by me if customer was able to engage with us. Amazon has failed in customer service on this aspect on both sides - customers, seller, and Amazon and you guys have wasted money for both sellers and Amazon due to this issue.

Further, I signed up for returns to be sold as used or refurbished. 90% of the units I have returns for are going to unfillable inventory. Yall need to get your stuff together cause we are paying all these FBA fees for no assistance on customer service return end for sellers, Amazon, and customers.

This I am sure has been a common problem for most sellers, but this specific situation related to me has been getting worse from Amazon as I have been a seller for over a year now and just needed to address this!
