Buyer left a product review in the seller's feedback and Amazon refuses to remove it. According to deletion rules, feedback should be deleted if the entire text is a product review. The comment in question is: "It just got torn from rear upper part."
There are no words in the comment that characterize the quality of the seller's service. Could anyone from Amazon help me?
