Amazon Payment for Shopify @LeviDylan_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon

We are trying to set up the Buy with Prime button on our shopify website. We were told by Amazon BWP department that our Amazon Pay account is flagged as cross realm, which is no fault of our own. As a result Buy with Prime will not be compatible. The options we were given were not helpful. Can anything be done about this, as this is Amazon's doing? Case ID 16072655871.
