Stock under authenticity review - email address for appeals

Hi,

Some of our Amazon.fr stock has been flagged for an authenticity review. Seller Support instructed us to provide invoices and send them to inventory-appeals@amazon.com, but this address appears to be incorrect. After sending our email, we received a message stating that our email address is not associated with any seller accounts.

This shouldn't be the case, as our email is definitely linked to our Amazon.fr seller account.

Could anyone provide the correct email address for inventory appeals specific to Amazon France?

If you see a violation in your account health dashboard, click "submit appeal" and select "I understand the policy and have evidence or documentation to submit for review to confirm my compliance with the policy." Then submit your invoices that meet the required criteria.

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the ASIN.

–These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.

–Please include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

–You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered

You can learn more about Amazon’s policies regarding the sale of counterfeit items in Seller Central Help "Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy".
