Negative Feedback from a Canceled Order

Buyer canceled the order minutes after placing it and left negative feedback that they never received. There is no order, how can they do this? I cannot even send them a revision request because it says there is no order. The great Amazon bot rejects removal twice. Case ID 15154551591. Unreal... Can anyone help?

Did the buyer use the buyer cancel request through their order or did they message you requesting to cancel it? They need to request their order to be cancelled through their order. If they send a message requesting to cancel we make them request it the correct way.

Comienzo como vendedor de Amazon.Envie mi primer producto etiquetado individualmente con el ASIN del paquete de cuatro, creyendo que en los almacenes de Amazon reunirian y enviorian el paquete .Por mi error, al cliente comprar el paquete le enviaron un solo desodorante,pues el Asin correspondia a 4. Por eso tantas opiniones negativas e clientes.

This has happened to us multiple times with customer-initiated cancelation requests. Amazon has never removed the negative feedback, even though the entire feedback was for not receiving the item they requested to be canceled. Reasons for removal are increasingly limited and lack any logic in these situations.

I had an issue similar. Before the item even shipped from FBA, the person requested a return marking it as "wrong item received". I went 4 rounds with "seller support" and NOTHING was done, nothing changed, and now there is a ding on my Voice of the Customer for "wrong item sent" when 1 Amazon sent it and 2, it was NOT the wrong item and it had not even been shipped yet.

Amazon did not understand the issue or, more likely, does not care. Even a mod just told me to talk to support. Worthless. I just deleted all listings for that item except for the one color that has 2 in stock left. Just one more item I removed from FBA to FBM. soon, I will be all FBM. I have also removed over 1/2 my ASINS (and I am the manufcaturer) from Amazon because their policies reward fraud, theft, and dishonest reviews at the expense of sellers. I can ship half the stock and make the same profit, so why keep using Amazon for all my stuff? It just does not make financial sense any more.

Amazon's customer reviews handling issue needs to be escalated and brought up to their top management's attention.

The ridicule, many of those reviews present, is becoming an instrument of sellers' harassment. Sellers are literally forced to lose money based on an increasing number of fake reviews that never get verified by Amazon.

We sell grocery items with an expiration date. Recently we shipped our freshest batch just received from the manufacturer, to Amazon. A buyer gets 4 items (all with the same expiration date of 6/15/2025) and get a refund for two of them. Grocery items are non-returnable, as per Amazon policy, but, of course, exceptions apply. On the VOC dashboard we could see a reason for a refund: "Product arrived expired, will expire in a year".

What about asking a buyer to make a photo of the product showing the expiration date and denying a refund in case the product is still valid???

No, refund is issued immediately, at seller's expense, of course. But not only that, but we receive a violation on our account for selling an expired product.

Even here Amazon is such a mess: they refund one product, put a violation for another and start a fulfillment center product investigation for a third that has zero refunds and complaints...

People are gaming the system. Amazon wants you to rush out orders as if they are transplant organs. The playa buyers know this and cancel the order so now they will get a free product. The even vindictive ones will even leave negative reviews. It's gotten so crooked. I feel Amazon is against the small sellers. Amazon if held to the same standards as they do small sellers would fail miserably.
