Help please! CPC is higher than bids and I cant control that , no help from support!
Starting from black friday deals in all video and brand campaigns the cpc is much higher than the bids that I have set. I can;t find the way to control this and amazon support is useless as always. I would like to seek some advice from other sellers. Do you have troubles with this?

Go to your campaign and click on 'Campaign settings'. It’s likely that the 'Campaign bidding strategy' is set to 'Dynamic bids - up and down' and/or you’ve defined bid adjustments for certain placements (e.g., Top of Search).

Are you on down bidding only or fixed? This has been happening to me also and i only have dynamic bidding down, ive raised it twice and posted on here about it but no one seems to help :(

Make sure you have fixed bids or down only. And also check your placement settings if TOS ROS or Product placement percentage is higher than 0 you could be increasing your bid that way. If you need help with finding any of that info, let me know.

Rather than making amazon even richer with this scam, maybe you should lower your prices instead for happier customers. P.S you only show ads when you have the buy box so really if the item sells then it will sell with the buy box and doesn't need ads
