A product does not have to be branded to violate a patent. If they really have it.

Hello @Seller_42b4WgZb9Y1U4
"ASIN Blocked due to Patent Infringement,"
Thank you for the information provided regarding the patent infringement on one of your listings. I understand that the product is not branded, and can be purchased without issue. This does not mean that the product and listing are not eligible for a potential intellectual property violation. If the design or utilization is similar to another product that has an associated patent, then that rights owner is able to submit a complaint against your product.
"required some documents authorization letter"
What type of documentation do you have available to provide for review? For patent infringement, our team will be looking for evidence that you had authorization from the rights owner to sell this product or that the product is not infringing at all.
The authorization would need to come in the form of a letter of authorization or licensing agreement that is explicit about listing on our platform. If you do not have any documentation to address this issue, you may still be able to contact the rights owner to get a retraction on the complaint. However, we cannot guarantee that they will take this action.
Without sufficient details or a retraction, the violation will remain and you will not be able to list this product. Please continue to refer to this thread for any additional questions or concerns you have regarding this concern.
Best,
Atlas
