I’ve encountered a major issue with Royal Mail orders on Amazon. Royal Mail automatically marks their labels as "shipped," and buyers have already received their products. The Royal Mail website confirms delivery, but Amazon is still showing the order as only "shipped" and not delivered.

Problem: This could affect my metrics, and I’m scared I’ll lose a lot of money.
