I am (but not listed as) the author my books

I have sold 31 notebooks and have seen these sales reflected in my KDP reports but haven't seen any sales on my Seller Central Dashboard. I called Amazon customer service and they said that Amazon was the Author of the books. I have yet to be paid. How is this possible?
