Good afternoon, I'm seeking moderator assistance to further review this feedback for removal. After receiving a book that we shipped, a customer left the following feedback:
"Item was as the package described but all melted together in a big hard block."
Clearly, this feedback was for a product other than a book. As expected, Amazon's automated system instantly denied our removal request.
Under Amazon's feedback system, a neutral feedback counts as a negative, and can therefore negatively impact a buyer's perception of a seller's actual performance. We appreciate forum moderators' assistance with seller issues, we have been navigating this river for over 20 years.
