Cancelled Shipment In Transit

My warehouse made a mistake and used labels from several cancelled shipments to Amazon, instead of the labels they were supposed to use. The cancelled labels were only cancelled the day before the shipment went out, and it appears that all of the boxes in the shipment are actually in transit with UPS (small parcel) to the Amazon warehouse as previously planned before the cancellation. They are estimated to arrive this upcoming week.

I presume there is no way to "uncancel" the shipments at this point. Since those units are in transit (in the UPS tracking system), will they still be accepted by Amazon upon arrival? Or should we expect them to be rejected and returned?

Here are the Shipment IDs for the mods, if you would be so kind as to help or weigh in:

Hello @Seller_nBbwQTZ5NsRcM

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

In a case like this, there are a few key things to consider:

Shipment status: Since the boxes are already in the UPS system and en route to our fulfillment centers, they will likely still be accepted upon arrival, despite the prior cancellation. Our receiving teams are generally able to process these types of shipments without issue.

Inventory updates: Once the boxes are received, the inventory will be added to your account. However, because the shipments were cancelled, the quantities may not be accurately reflected in your active listings. You'll want to monitor your inventory levels and make any necessary adjustments.

Removal fees: There is a possibility that Amazon may charge a removal fee for processing the "cancelled" shipment.

I would recommend proactively reaching out to our seller support team to explain the situation and request any applicable fee waivers.
