Related with friend account

My account is related with my friend account due to the use of common wifi laptop and devices. Appeal twice shows the reason and proper plan of action. But not accepted. I cant even contact seller support through call or email as i have individual plan account. What to do. How can get to support team to help me.
I dont own the other account nor i have right in past. But in recent email team asking for documents to show that i once had owned the account and now i have no more access to that account. How can i reactivate the account

First, sellers should never ... ever ... log into their account on someone else's device ir wifi belonging to an individual!
