NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR NOT MY COMAPNY

Can someone please advise we have just received negative feedback from a buyer but not for our product, and it states that in the negative feedback as well. Amazon won't do anything with it, and the client now says he cannot remove it or doesn't know how, and there's not a lot of contact with him.
It clearly shows the customer is talking about different products as he has purchased a wardrobe from us, and it's talking about his son's bed .... since when do children sleep in a wardrobe?
What can we do as out account is in risk because of this.
