Possible Bot Targeting Stores, Leaving Bad Reviews

I had an order a few weeks ago for one of my products, like 17 of one item or something like that, little did I know, my product was set at 1$ for some reason, not sure if it was a glitch or something. (I would have just eaten the cost but I physically could not ship their order out as all my stuff is handmade and takes a long time to produce) So I canceled their order not thinking much of it knowing it wouldn't hurt my stats that bad for a simple mistake. Now, they left me a bad review on my store page saying that they never got a refund and that their order never arrived. It's leaving a bad rep on my store page and I can't do anything about it. I almost think its a bot that is trying to target certain stores automatically, leaving bad reviews. I also can't contact the customer on either Feedback manager or if I type in the order number on the manager orders tab.

Anyone know how I can get amazon to resolve this? or am I just screwed as a small/new store with a bad review.
