Warehouse Rejection
Hi guys, wondering if anyone can shed some light on the issue I'm experiencing and can offer and advice.
I manufactured a product in China, it has 2 color variations and when I arranged for it to be delivered to Amazon FBA warehouse, it requested I send it to two different locations (1 variation to one warehouse, the other variation to another warehouse). So I went ahead and arranged a non-amazon courier to deliver the goods. The first warehouse accepted the goods without any issues. However, the second warehouse (SBD3 warehouse) rejected the shipment. As per my courier, it mentioned this warehouse (SBD3) has been rejecting all deliveries. I have contacted Amazon seller support but they give the same generic replies which have not proven to be useful.
Can anyone offer any advice? Note, I have tried to re-create new shipping labels for the 'rejected' variation, however, it is now asking i send it to 3 different warehouse dotted around the USA which is not something I would like to do as its not financially viable and would take my margin in to losses. Also as the shipment is large with each item over 20lbs, paying for it to be sent to a single warehouse is also does not make financial sense.

Hi @Seller_JWUZEhK0ehS4W, non-partnered carriers are require to make delivery appointments as noted on the Carrier requirements for delivering shipments help page. I'm guessing this is the most likely culprit, so please review if so and ensure your carrier is scheduling the appointment to avoid it being rejected.
