Is anyone else completely stuck in the Amazon Vine free enrollment with no way out? I’ve been waiting over 3 months, only got one review, and now there’s no option to cancel the free enrollment to join the paid program.
I’ve opened multiple cases — all I get are automated responses, no real solution, no clear policy, no way forward. It’s beyond frustrating. We’re just left hanging with no control, wasting time waiting for reviews that may never come.
Anyone here managed to get this resolved? Or are we all just stuck hoping for the best?

I have yet to get a vine review yet. I didn't know that it was required for them to leave a review. If they get it for free it should be required to leave a review no? So frustrating
