Amazon NEVER helps resolve issues that their support team doesn't have high-level understanding of (HAZMAT)

I've gone through multiple cases, chats, phone calls, product was categorized hazmat. Trying to reship for FBA (had to reactivate, no current inventory) and product is not hazmat. Submitted SDS showing: NOT considered dangerous goods. Amazon keeps closing the case saying "thank you, product is now classified as dangerous good (hazmat) and is deemed to be Hazmat (Dangerous Goods) in nature" No where on my SDS does it even show any of whatever a hazmat product would be. I just keep going in circles with the support teams and multiple cases. It's been over a month sitting on inventory and not being able to ship to FBA, and not being able to get the issue resolved.

To add more fire (get it, because HAZMAT) Amazon also has over-charged our account for "storage" of hazmat saying the product is over capacity, when there are ZERO units at FBA.
