Question instead of feedback

customer wanted to ask a question and instead of sending it via Amazon messages, he wrote it as negative feedback.
I tried to request feedback removal via Feedback manager, I also tried to contact seller support but had no luck - case ID 11221962302. Always same templates sent as response.
Can anyone advise or Ange, could you maybe please help me with Negative feedback removal?

Just FYI, I haven´t received the product, I have no information from customer how did he send the product back - he is not communicating with me at all.

Hi @Seller_SwdMXeLZ0ANud,
You can only make the request through the feedback manager and then reopen the case created several times if you wish for further review. The case 11221962302 was not opened through the feedback manager.
I see the case created through the feedback manager is the case 11222505262 and was not reopened.
I'm not sure whether the feedback is eligible for review but you can try making a new request through the feedback manager and reopening a few times if needed and see whether the team can help.
