Account Healthy/ Metrics are good but not winning the buy box

Hello,

All my metrics are good and my account shows healthy but I lost all my buy boxes. My prices did not change, my inventory is high so I don't understand why I don't have the buy box any more for all my listings.

Is there any information Amazon can provide the seller to explain why they lose the buy box when their metrics are good and their account is healthy?
