Listed Used items being returned because they're not new
I sell used electronics and my items are listed as such. I'm having a lot of buyers return items just because they thought "they were buying new". I also tend to underestimate condition too just to give a good buying experience.
Amazon needs to highlight USED items better on the offer and checkout page or have buyers agree they understand they're buying a used item. I know this is only going to get worst during the holidays.
Anyone else have this issue or can offer recommendations?

Nothing is going to change. Just make sure you file a Safe-T claim on the return deducting all fees allowed.
