One box of shipments, three SKUs, and the entire quantity of merchandise is received by one SKU. The rest of the receiving inventory is 0.
Recently sent a box of goods to the warehouse, this box of goods has three SKUs, but all by one of the SKUs received inventory, the remaining two inventory are 0, the consumer purchased the order has been returned, the product does not match, the normal is oval, but the customer receives a square. I'm pretty sure the item labels aren't mislabelled, but have been requesting an investigation and the response is that there's no problem and I need to take photos of the request.
I need to take a photo to the warehouse to take a photo, it is obvious that there is a SKU merchandise labels and receiving SKU labels are different, but the warehouse reply is still said that there is no problem, there is only one SKU in stock. What should I do? Can I request an inventory of the SKU labels in the receiving stock? Have you ever encountered this problem?
Experienced sellers, advice? What do I need to do.

Hello @Seller_WePn7ov1OSIhm, did you receive a performance notification? If so, and you believe it is an error, you can request a bin check. If Amazon is responsible for a labeling issue, they will relabel for you. Otherwise, you may need to create a removal order to have the inventory sent back to you to verify the labels are correct.
Can you provide me with the case ID you have opened with Seller Support? This will allow me to verify the specifics of your situation. Thank you!
