VTR user 95% - Amazon Buy Shipping used
Hi all,
Has anyone any guidance on Amazon VTR please? We use 100% Amazon Buy Shipping and our VTR has now dropped to under 95%. It appears the carrier had a problem with the parcel however the parcel was still delivered within time. Delivery date needed to be between 9th - 10th October and it was received on 9th October - yet I've still been hit with a VTR issue? Appreciate any support.
