Brand Registry - Declarant name for trademark
Hi everyone,
Just wondering about who I can use for the declarant on a UK trademark. Our trademark is registered under our ltd company, however I would like to use somebody else who is a director of the company but not listed as the primary contact for our amazon seller account. According to the brand registry requirements:
"After you submit this information, we will verify that you are the Rights Owner of the trademark and look for a contact that meets our requirements."
Does this mean that the trademark must be in my name? Or can I alternatively use the ltd company name for the declarant name / the other director in the company?

Brand Registry is only interested in the Brand and if it is copyrighted. So not even the company is necessary, just the proof of copy/registration
