Request approval deny for a brand I own and that is already approved and sold on Amazon
I'm trying to edit a listing that was working well (we sold the item on Amazon in the past (Fullfilled by Amazon) under our brand name), but I can't edit any information for the product since I always get the "5665 : Request approval for *brand name*...".
When I try to "Request approval here by submitting an application ..", I get an email couple minutes later saying my request is deny.
How can my request be deny if Amazon is already selling the item (+ others) under our correct brand name ? We didn't change anything on the product. It's still the same product Amazon has been selling in the past.

Since you mention that you have sold this product in the past, is the ASIN currently in your Manage All Inventory dashboard?
