Reimbursement for missing items during inbound shipment to FBA warehouse
Hello! I want to escalate my issue that I have been dealing with regarding items that went missing during the inbound shipment to your Amazon FBA warehouse, which I communicated earlier in case #14837744091 and is from shipment ID FBA17P1NCCY0.Despite submitting all required documentation, invoices and proof of ownership, and meeting the eligibility requirements, Amazon has still not honored my request for the reimbursement. I submitted all invoices and after waiting was given an automated response to submit invoices (which I already have submitted. I would greatly appreciate your serious help in this matter.

"Missing FBA Inventory" issues have a such a specific requirement that I outsourced it long ago.
The policy that Seller Support copies and pastes states that you must send an invoice. However, this invoice requirement is often very specific...as in it must not say certain words and it must display certain things.
Being that Seller Support is at the mercy of their pre-built templates, this specific invoice requirement is never clearly stated.
I would suggest getting a company called GETIDA to process your FBA missing inventory.

Good afternoon @Seller_KpXCpMWug8F3h,
Thank you for taking the time to post! I reviewed the Seller Support case you provided, and can see the case is still actively being worked by the appropriate team. When the case has been marked as Resolved, please reply to me here and I will review to determine if there are any additional options available.
Additionally, in order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
- The date of purchase/packing
- Product name
- Quantity
- A signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- An invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
If your Proof of Ownership Invoice is missing that information, it may be the source of your issue. Please review this Seller University course on sourcing inventory for the specific guidelines on how to source an authorized supplier.
